Responsibilities:
Lead financial operations, delivering accurate and timely information.
Develop cross-functional relationships with senior management, partners, and stakeholders.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Advise on fiscal management, budget formulation, and financial strategies.
Deliver financial reports and ensure budget accuracy and integrity.
Develop policies, controls, and systems for commercial success.
Shape and direct the Finance Department’s operational direction.
Monitor cash flow, foreign exchange, and debt requirements.
Advise the Board on funding needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years as CFO or equivalent.
Oil & Gas industry and Big 4 accounting experience preferred.
Strong financial management track record in complex environments.
Integrity, analytical skills, and knowledge of accounting principles.
Leadership abilities to manage financial teams effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strategic thinking and long-term financial planning expertise.
Familiarity with financial regulations and risk management.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
